Most of our partners are design, marketing and SEO agencies with 5 to 30 staff. They sell websites, Shopify stores and automation to their clients but do not want to hire for every peak, or they need a skill in-house staff do not have, such as custom Shopify themes or n8n.

You keep the client, the relationship and the margin. We become your production team: we estimate, build, test and hand over, and your client only ever sees your agency.

How it works

From trial job to partner block

1. A paid trial job. Pick a small task from your backlog, from A$300£150US$200AED 750LKR 15,000 fixed. You see our estimates, communication and code quality on real work.

2. Onboarding. We sign the NDA and partner agreement, agree your tools (Slack, Teams, ClickUp, Jira or email), your coding and QA standards, and how you want handovers.

3. Delivery. Each job gets a written estimate before we start, a staging link for your review, and progress on your board. You talk to your clients; we talk to you.

4. Handover. Files, theme code, logins and documentation go to you, ready to launch under your name.

Colombo is 1.5 hours ahead of Dubai, so we share most of your day. With London we overlap through your morning, and with Sydney and Perth through your afternoon. Calls happen in the overlap; builds move forward while you sleep.

Ceylond contracts from Sri Lanka. We do not have an Australian or UK company yet, and some agencies require one; if yours does, tell us early.

We cannot attend meetings in person or film on location abroad. We do remote design, development, automation, SEO and editing, and we are good at running those without anyone noticing the distance.

What is white label web development?

White label web development is when an agency sells websites to its clients and a partner builds them behind the scenes, under the agency's brand. The client deals only with the agency. The partner works to the agency's process, signs an NDA and never contacts the client directly unless asked to.

How does white label work?

You win and manage the client; we do the build. You send a brief and designs (or ask us to design), we estimate and confirm, build on a staging site you review, then hand over files and logins for you to launch. You invoice your client at your own price and we invoice you at our rate card.

Can you white label Shopify?

Yes. We build Shopify stores and custom Online Store 2.0 themes for agencies under their brand, from setup and theme customisation to fully custom themes like the one we built for Noirelle Premium. The store, theme and code belong to your client once the work is paid.

How much does white label SEO cost?

Our white-label SEO fulfilment is billed from the partner rate card: a 20-hour monthly block costs A$1,000£500US$700AED 2,500LKR 60,000, or ad hoc hours A$60£30US$40AED 150LKR 3,500 an hour. A typical local SEO client needs around 8 to 12 hours a month of technical fixes, content and reporting.

Will you ever contact our clients?

No. Our partner agreement includes an NDA covering your client list and a written non-solicit promise: we never approach your clients, during the partnership or for 12 months after it ends. If a client contacts us directly, we refer them back to you.

Do you have an Australian or UK company?

Not yet. Ceylond contracts from Sri Lanka and invoices in AUD, GBP, USD or AED. Some agencies require a local contracting entity; if yours does, tell us early so we can discuss options honestly.

Why is the trial job paid?

A paid trial means you judge our real process, not a sales effort. It is a small fixed-price task from your backlog, from A$300£150US$200AED 750LKR 15,000, delivered in about a week, with no obligation afterwards. Be wary of partners who offer large free test projects.
