How do you price projects?
After a discovery call we send a written, fixed-scope proposal with a clear price and timeline. Ongoing work like social media, SEO and ads runs on a monthly plan. We do not publish a price list, because two websites can differ tenfold in effort.
How often will I hear from you?
You get a written update every week and access to a shared project board. Calls run during the overlap between our hours and yours, which for Australia is your afternoon.
What do you need from me to start?
A decision maker who can give feedback within a few days, access to existing accounts (domain, hosting, Shopify, ad accounts), and any brand assets and content you already have.
Who owns the work when it is finished?
You do. Once the project is paid, you own the code, designs and content we created for you, and we hand over all logins and documentation.
