What we collect
- Project briefs. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, company (if given), the country you are based in, how you found us, your timeline, the services you selected and your message.
- Emails and messages you send us directly, including through WhatsApp.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or session recording on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To deliver work for you if you become a client.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the contact form function.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
These providers may process data outside your country. They are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the length of our working relationship plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are in Australia, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
