02 / Website care plans
Response times
We reply within two business days on Essentials, one business day on Growth, and the same day on Priority for anything broken that is reported during Sri Lanka working hours (09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday). Most small changes are finished within two to three business days.

A one-page summary sent on the first working day of each month, so you can see the plan is earning its fee.

What is website maintenance?
Website maintenance is the regular work that keeps a website secure, fast and up to date after launch: software updates, backups, uptime monitoring, fixing broken links and errors, and making small content changes. Without it, sites slow down, break after updates and become easier to hack.
Is website maintenance necessary?
For any site that brings in customers, yes. Software that is never updated becomes a security risk, small errors pile up and hurt search rankings, and outages go unnoticed. A care plan costs less than fixing a hacked or broken site, and far less than the enquiries lost while it is down.
How much does it cost to maintain a website?
Our care plans start from A$119£69US$89AED 349LKR 4,900 a month. For comparison, UK plans that include an hour of changes have a median of about £95 a month, and Australian agencies commonly charge A$200 to A$600. Shopify stores need less technical upkeep but still benefit from regular changes, app reviews and speed checks.
Can you look after a website someone else built?
Yes. We start with a paid health check to understand the site, fix anything urgent, then move it onto a care plan. We look after Shopify, WordPress and modern JavaScript sites.
Do I keep ownership of my website and hosting?
Yes. Your domain, content, code and accounts stay in your name. If you leave, we hand over everything with documentation.
